Health & Safety Precautions

AAPPR’s top priority is the health and safety of our conference participants.

This webpage outlines AAPPR’s health and safety protocols for all AAPPR Annual Conference attendees.  AAPPR will continue to update the page, so please check back for news and additional guidance.

Attendees are encouraged but not required to:

  • Wear a mask based on your personal preference, informed by your personal level of risk.

  • Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines.

  • Wear a mask or respirator that provides you with greater protection if you are at risk for severe illness.

  • Test yourself which can give you information about your risk of spreading COVID-19.

  • Stay home if you test positive, regardless of whether you are experiencing symptoms.

AAPPR will continue to monitor the situation and adjust plans as warranted. AAPPR will enforce any federal, state, or local mandates as they exist at the time of the event. Those who don’t comply will be asked to leave the event.

For everyone’s safety, please do not arrive to the meeting ill or with any symptoms of COVID-19 or any other communicable disease.
