Although the Annual Conference Call for Speakers closes in September, AAPPR accepts speaker applications throughout the year for additional educational opportunities. Interested speakers may indicate all formats they would consider when submitting their information.

A Note About Advancing Connections

AAPPR prioritizes original content for the Annual Conference. Content that has been previously presented elsewhere may still be considered, but original educational content will receive stronger consideration during the review process.

Annual Conference proposals are due September 18, 2026. Notifications for selected Annual Conference sessions are anticipated in October or November.

AAPPR's primary educational goal is to address the most pressing current and emerging trends, issues and solutions affecting physician and provider recruitment professionals.

Strong proposals should help attendees apply what they learn, improve their work and return to their organizations with useful strategies, ideas and perspectives.

Interested in Being Considered as a Keynote Speaker?

AAPPR also accepts keynote proposals for its Annual Conference and Regional Conferences. Use the keynote proposal form to submit a speaker and presentation for consideration. Keynote proposals are reviewed separately from the educational breakout session proposals described above.
