2027 Call For Speakers
Though the call for speakers closes in September for each Annual Conference, we continue to accept speaker applications throughout the year for other AAPPR events.
AAPPR events feature thought leaders from across the physician and provider recruitment profession. We encourage interested speakers to consider sharing their subject matter expertise.
We invite presentation submissions throughout the year. Speaking opportunities are available for the AAPPR annual conference, at affiliate conferences throughout the year, live webinars, and on demand webinars. Please select all speaking formats you would consider.
As an exclusive benefit of AAPPR membership, members who are selected to present a session will receive a complimentary full conference registration. A maximum of two complimentary registrations will be awarded per session.
Share your expertise at Advancing Connections 2027 in Louisville. Proposals are due September 18, 2026.
A note about the AAPPR Annual Conference, Advancing Connections
AAPPR prioritizes original content for the annual conference. Content that has been previously presented elsewhere will be considered but weighted less compared to original content sessions.
Annual conference submissions are due by September 18. 2026, please check back for specific deadlines. Notifications for annual conference sessions are made in October or November.
