Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted through the online refund request form.
If cancellation is received by March 6, 2025, the registrant may choose:
A refund minus a $50 administrative fee
A 100% credit for next year’s conference
If cancellation is received after March 6, 2025, but before March 20, 2025:
A 100% credit for next year’s conference
Refunds will be processed within 30 days following conference.
