Yvonne Marshall is an accomplished physician recruiter with extensive experience in healthcare talent acquisition, workforce development, and recruitment strategy. She currently serves as a Senior Physician Recruiter at ChristianaCare, where she designs and implements recruitment strategies to support physicians, physician leaders, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurse midwives. In this role, she partners closely with operational leaders and hiring managers, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through post-offer onboarding.

Before joining ChristianaCare, Yvonne spent five years as a Physician Recruiter with Penn Highlands Healthcare, where she successfully recruited providers across a broad range of specialties including cardiology, maternal fetal medicine, trauma surgery, and urology—supporting a multi-hospital health system spanning 39 counties in Pennsylvania. Her earlier career experience includes physician recruitment support and marketing at Clarion Hospital, as well as operational and financial roles in communications and business management.

Yvonne holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication, with a concentration in Public Relations, from Slippery Rock University, where she was a Dean’s List scholar and an active member of the Public Relations Student Society of America.

With a strong foundation in healthcare administration, marketing, and recruitment, Yvonne is passionate about aligning organizational workforce strategies with community health needs, ensuring that healthcare systems are equipped with the right talent to deliver exceptional care.
