Scott Polenz has over twenty years of experience in healthcare, including managed care, hospital administration, and physician management. Scott served as CAO for Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) and led the construction of a micro tertiary hospital in 2018. In 2019, he became Vice President of Physician and Clinical Practitioners Relations, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and medical staff relationships. Scott holds an MBA and is a CPA. Currently, he is a principal consultant at CHG Healthcare, guiding organizations to create customized solutions for managing costs and delivering impactful results.
