He has led major improvements in onboarding, candidate milestone tracking, and recruitment operations, including redesigning the provider experience in academic, suburban and rural settings at University Hospitals Health System in Ohio. He later brought this expertise to PracticeMatch, where he restructured, Client Sourcing, a national candidate sourcing service line focused on providing clients added value with national insight into emerging trends, market pressures, and geographic factors that influence provider decision making.

He recently joined Carilion Clinic, an academic health system in Virginia, as the Director of Professional Recruitment and Onboarding, where he continues to advance recruitment strategy and build sustainable, high impact collaboration with all the academic departments.
