Molly Headd is a recognized healthcare workforce leader, overseeing Account Management teams for the locum's division at AMN Healthcare where she has spent the past five years supporting healthcare clients nationwide. In her role, she leads teams delivering strategic workforce solutions that help health systems address physician shortages and maintain continuity of patient care.

Prior to joining AMN Healthcare, Molly worked for a digital marketing firm focused on physician staffing, partnering with enterprise healthcare organizations to develop growth strategies aimed at attracting and retaining physician talent in competitive markets. Throughout her career, Molly has led high-performing teams supporting large-scale staffing initiatives through strategic planning, relationship development, and scalable workforce solutions. She holds a BME and a minor in French Horn performance from Baylor University.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with her partner Joe, and his daughters, playing soccer, pickleball, performing on the French Horn, and keeping up with her two dogs Maggie Mae (Bernedoodle) and Mindy (Alaskan Huskey).
