As Director of Medical Staff Services at Stormont Vail Health, she has led transformative initiatives to streamline credentialing workflows, enhance compliance, and promote patient safety. Her leadership has earned her notable recognition, including the NAMSS Golden Key Award and the KAMSS Excellence in Service Award. Karen holds an MBA from Baker University and multiple professional certifications, including FMSP, CPMSM, and CPCS.
