Jonathan Miles is a healthcare operations leader with over seven years of experience in provider onboarding, practice management, and process improvement. He currently serves as Manager of Provider Onboarding at Community Health Systems, where he drives enterprise-wide initiatives to streamline onboarding and strengthen cross-department collaboration.

He began his career in medical office and rural clinic settings, giving him a comprehensive perspective on healthcare delivery from the ground up.

Jonathan holds an MBA and a BBA in Health Care Administration from Delta State University, along with a Certification in Onboarding and Retention from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment. Passionate about improving the provider experience, he is committed to advancing healthcare operations that deliver measurable results.

Based in Cookeville, TN Jonathan enjoys life with his wife Kristina, and their 6 pets. A season ticket member with the Tennessee Titans, he enjoys cheering on the (struggling) Titans every Sunday in the fall. Jonathan also enjoys golfing, and going to concerts.
