Jeff Battinus is a Senior Strategic TA Leader, with two decades of experience building high performing teams worldwide in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space, supporting businesses in all facets of healthcare from; value based care, pharmaceutical, benefits management, dental and DSO, provider and medical office staff, high volume & RPO integration, offshore healthcare support services, IT, and medical financial for the two largest healthcare companies in the world, in addition to privately held and private equity funded firms.

Jeff is experienced in M&A and integrations of acquisitions, currently serving as Executive Board Advisor to Expa a leading AI interview and selection technology. Jeff is experienced in DE&I strategies and building and developing revenue producing military and military spouse recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Department of Defence.

Jeff has also proudly served the last 16 years with the Coast Guard Auxiliary starting as an interpreter serving on high profile missions translating for the Commandant of the Coast Guard for drug interdiction treaties, international relations leader, recruitment and HR directorate, and most recently led the deployment and leadership for over 750 interpreters for the Coast Guard Auxiliary worldwide through the pandemic and southern border crisis.
