Jamie Boutin leads the physician staff development initiatives for Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospitals, the nation’s largest provider of inpatient rehabilitation services with 170 hospitals nationwide. His team of managers deliver consultative solutions in provider recruitment, operations management, and contract development. With 18 years of experience in physician recruiting, Jamie has previously served at Providence Health System in Portland, Oregon, and Wake Forest Medical School in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He also directs a robust residency outreach, presenting to more than 22 programs annually across the country. Jamie is from Portland, Oregon but has lived in Birmingham, Alabama for the past 14 years with his wife Jennifer and their 18-year-old daughter Abby who will attend Ole Miss Fall 2026.
