Christopher Mastrantuono brings over two decades of progressive healthcare leadership experience with leading organizations including Northwell Health, Mount Sinai Health System, and now Oak Street Health, a CVS company. His work has spanned local, regional, and national initiatives, shaping the provider experience across multiple markets and specialties. Chris has built his career by driving impact across the full provider lifecycle — from recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing to peer review and retention — complemented by expertise in hospital administration, business development, and operations.

In his current role as Executive Director of Provider Affairs and Engagement at Oak Street Health, Chris leads national strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain physicians, advanced practice providers, and behavioral health specialists. Partnering closely with clinical and operational leaders, he focuses on building high-retention environments that align provider satisfaction with organizational success.
