Caitlin Wilkinson serves as the Career Center Director at the Pennsylvania Association of Community Health Centers (PACHC), helping community health centers and other safety net organizations recruit and retain primary care providers. Prior to joining PACHC, Caitlin spent over 13 years in higher education and recruitment in a wide variety of settings including undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and graduate medical education programs. She earned her Master's of Business Administration from Mount Aloysius College in 2015 and is a Certified Physician and Provider Recruitment Professional.
