Audrey Barker, MBA, CPRP, is the National Director of Physician Recruitment for Integrated Dermatology Group. She has extensive background in physician recruitment and business development, leading the national recruitment efforts of OneGI and U.S. Urology Partners, both PE backed firms since 2019. For 20 years, she has implemented successful in-house, full-cycle physician recruitment initiatives.

Prior to this, Barker served as manager of physician recruitment, overseeing these efforts for 9 hospitals, 7 freestanding emergency departments and over 120 outpatient facilities for Kettering Health in Southwest Ohio. During her tenure, she provided direct contractual and relational support to more than 500 employed and independent physicians. During her time at Kettering, she successfully placed more than 225 physicians in the region and served practices of multiple sizes and affiliations, including hospital employed positions, multi-specialty private groups and independent practitioners, as well as research and academically focused clinicians.

Her goal continues to be bridging the critical gap between clinical teams and executive leadership, aligning physician engagement with organizational performance. Our work drives measurable outcomes: improved retention, stronger culture, and scalable workforce strategies that support long-term growth.
