Andrea Leland, MBA, CPRP is the System Vice President of Provider Services for Dartmouth Health, an integrated health system, including an academic medical center and a multispecialty physician group practice—which together employ more than 19,000 physicians, nurses and staff members. Andrea is responsible for strategic oversight of physician and advanced practice provider recruitment, executive recruitment, provider and executive compensation, and immigration throughout the system. She has been employed by Dartmouth Health for 21 years. Andrea, husband Adam, and teenage sons Jack and Ethan enjoy spending time at a family lake house in Maine. She loves cooking and baking and is an avid reader and piano player. Andrea also volunteers at her church where she co-leads a teen ministry.
