Lisa Scardina, Chief of Brand and Partner Development, leads the Sales and Marketing teams for Provider Solutions & Development (PS&D), a physician and advanced practice clinician recruitment organization founded by Providence health system. PS&D places 1,400+ providers annually for Providence across seven states and more than 40 mission-aligned healthcare organizations across the country. Known for her appreciative leadership approach, Lisa has spent the last two decades working in the areas of physician strategies, healthcare operations, marketing, and process improvement at local, regional and system levels. She is active on the national level advocating for physicians and healthcare transformation. In her current role, Lisa is passionate about reimagining recruitment, from lead generation to placement to ongoing engagement — ultimately creating an experience that fully supports providers, from residency to retirement.
