Jason Junker has been a member of AAPPR (formerly ASPR) since 2006. A native of Orlando, Florida, Jason has been with AdventHealth since 2003, originally starting in the marketing department. In 2006, he moved into physician recruitment and has been recruiting physicians in various specialties for the last 20 years. The majority of that time was spent in the Central Florida Division where he led a team that originally started with two recruiters and then grew over time to 13 team members who recruited over 300 providers per year across 15+ hospitals. In 2024, he stepped into a new role as the Corporate Director for the Multi-State Division at AdventHealth, helping to support local provider recruitment efforts across seven dates and 25+ hospitals.
