Holli McConnell is the Vice President of Provider Recruitment & Onboarding for AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division, where she leads physician and advanced practice provider recruitment across more than 300 outpatient and ambulatory locations. She oversees end-to-end recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and onboarding operations for one of the nation’s largest multi-specialty medical groups.

With more than 15 years of healthcare staffing leadership experience, Holli has built high-performing recruitment teams designed to operate with precision, speed, and measurable accountability. She is known for streamlining recruiting workflows, aligning recruitment with operational demand, and driving sustained improvements in time-to-start, recruiter productivity, and provider engagement. Prior to AdventHealth, Holli held leadership roles with Sentara, Humana, Bon Secours Virginia Health System, and Patient First, where she led initiatives focused on scaling recruitment infrastructure and improving operational performance across complex health systems.

Holli holds an MBA from Averett University and a BS from James Madison University. She is a Certified Physician & Provider Recruitment Professional and Certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Recruiter, and was named one of CHG Healthcare’s Top Women in Healthcare Staffing.
