Christy Bray Ricks, MHA, CPRP-DEI, serves as the Vice President of Provider Talent for Ardent Health Services. Located in Nashville, Tennessee, Ardent has earned a reputation as one of the industry's strongest - and most innovative hospital operators with locations in six states.

Christy has extensive experience in the healthcare industry having served in a variety of roles. She is skilled in provider relations, team building, process improvement, and leadership. Christy currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR) Vendor Relations Committee.

Christy received her BS in Health & Sport Sciences from the University of Oklahoma while working as a student athletic trainer and completed her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration & Management at Colorado State University. Christy stays busy with her sons Orsen Allen age 13, Walter Aaron age 10, and niece Aurabella Sue age 13.
