Becky has worked in health care over 30 years and has spent the last twenty in physician recruitment where she led the development of an inhouse recruitment department and team at Mercy Health System, as Manager of Physician Recruitment. Becky finds fulfillment in knowing she is an integral part of recruitment physicians to care for family, friends, and communities throughout SE Wisconsin.
