Hilaree Liegey is a seasoned physician recruiter with more than a decade of experience building and sustaining provider talent pipelines for leading healthcare organizations. She currently serves as a Senior Physician Recruiter at ChristianaCare, a nationally recognized teaching health system in Delaware, where she leads recruitment efforts for physicians and advanced practice clinicians across a wide range of specialties. In this role, Hilaree partners with clinical and organizational leaders to support workforce growth, ensure alignment with health system needs, and strengthen ChristianaCare’s mission of delivering high-quality, accessible care.

Previously, Hilaree spent over seven years with Penn Highlands Healthcare in Pennsylvania, progressing from Physician Recruiter to Senior Physician Recruiter. During her tenure, she was responsible for the recruitment and retention of physicians in both primary and specialty care across a rapidly expanding multi-hospital system. She successfully built networks across disciplines including surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology, rheumatology, and critical care.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in Marketing with a concentration in sales.
